Mental Stability for a Mentally Unstable Culture
Why are we all losing our minds!?!?!?
And How Triple A Crochet Plays Into All of This....
Everyone needs a hobby. And here at Triple A Crochet, it might be crocheting or simply investing in beautifully crocheted creations altogether. Handmade with all the love and care in the world, the products on this site are bound to spark some joy and light a fire in your home ---- not literally, of course. If that happens, do call the local fire department in charge!!!!
All joking aside, we care about what we do. But nobody’s ever perfect. We do have stressful days of our own sometimes….but when those come around, and you don’t know what to do, here’s what we suggest….
1. Take a Deep Breath.
You may remember the classic Karate Kid movies starring Pat Morita and Ralph Macchio, the story of a troubled high school boy who later befriends a strange old man and learns karate from him, thereby starting a friendship that is good for a lifetime later on. In the story, the old man, Mr. Miyagi, teaches the boy, Daniel, to confront his problems by finding balance. One of the methods he uses is deep breathing, in addition to trimming bonsai trees in promotion of peace and harmony everywhere.
Miyagi tells Daniel to close his eyes and “paint the perfect picture” of tranquility from within his own imagination. Daniel does so, and his perspective changes entirely. There, the real story begins….
2. Now Lose It!!!!
There is a time for EVERYTHING: Let’s not lose sight of that. There is a time to relax and take deep breaths, as well as a time to let it all out and explode! And yes, there is a healthy way to even release and let it all out.
There was even a time in which the great religious leader, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, overthrew temple tables and drove out sellers of doves in His Father’s Holy Temple! There is a time to “lose it”! But remember to exercise some self-control in doing so.
3. Now Start Over!
Sometimes, there’s just some things you cannot fix any longer. Sometimes, it’s time to start over ---- from the beginning. Create what you created last time, if the need calls for it, but make this new creation even better than the last!
Always build upon what you’ve learned from previous mistakes. Take heed to not commit them again and place yourself in a whole new world of hurt! Lay fresh blueprints before setting the foundation this time around, and properly brainstorm before doing all else!
4. Find YOUR Outlet….
Whether it’s yoga, bonsai trees, crocheting, knitting, or something else entirely, there must be something that relaxes you and loosens every bone in the body. That something can be different for each person, making every individual entirely unique; notice how there’s no exact same two of us anywhere else on the planet? And that’s why you’re special, and only YOU can do what only YOU were made to do, so don’t copy anyone else!
Find YOUR hobby and preferred pastime, and stick with it ---- in fact, the more, the merrier! It’s time to ignite change! Start by finding your healthy outlet of release and keeping yourself balanced….
Final Thoughts on All This “Mumbo Jumbo” : Don’t Stress, Pray Instead, Give from the Heart, and So Much More….
So consider our proven advice the next time you find yourself in a “worry pickle”. And remember to look up: The Good Lord has an answer for everything. So worry about nothing, and pray about everything; you will find that perfect gift. Believe it, and you’ll receive it (actually, the other party will actually do the receiving, but you get the idea). All good things do come in time, and from the Father above, the true Giver of all gifts everywhere, the source from which every great present first originates.
