Shipping + Returns
 

SHIPPING:

Orders from the shop are all made to order unless otherwise stated in the "ready to ship" category. Ready to ship items will be mailed out within 1-2 business days. Made to order items will take anywhere between 2-6 weeks before they will be ready to ship. Please understand that to guarantee the quality you deserve, these lovingly made items take time and dedication. Depending on the amount of orders or what time of the year, the creation time will vary before your item is ready to be shipped. Custom orders take 4-6 weeks on average before they may be invoiced and up to 6 weeks to be shipped.  

Rush ordering is available with an added fee.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Every item is guaranteed to be made to the best quality and durability as possible but seeing as we are only human, we are more than happy to fix any mistakes that may have been made.

Please note that all computer monitors differ and some allowance should be made for slight variations in color.

If item is damaged during shipping you may request the item be remade, a discount be applied to another item equal to the damaged item's price or receive a full refund.

If item is damaged upon receiving it, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made and your refund processed. It may be asked that the item be shipped back to us at the customer's expense or provide photographs of any damage before a refund of the purchase price can be made. Please do not return your purchase without contacting Triple A Crochet first at tripleacrochet@gmail.com.

No refund is available if you simply change your mind.*
